Ok... Weight can be lost without exercise but chances of keeping it off are very slim. If u use, say, diet pill that suppress apetite, u could achieve your goal weight but not sure how long it lasts. You could could cut down on food intake and replace exercise with walking more etc. another thing you could use, requires a bit of money though, the exercise machine where u just stand on and it tones your body and the weight literally drops off within weeks.there are different types... the secret is in burning up more calories than u eat. U must excersise daily and the best time is b4 breakfast as ur body has no food and it uses the fat stored in ur body as fuel . *
